I think you need an XL, but an XXL will give you plenty of fabric for the hoodie cover all the way down to your nose. That's what I get, and I am 5'10". I bought 6 of these hoodies. All the best to you!

I know what you mean by the instructions being difficult to read. Plus, I couldn't find them in English. However, I did wash mine in the washer in cold water, and with all my hoodies of this material, I put it in the dryer on low heat for about 20/25 min and then I hang it to drip dry the rest of the way. It washed up great and it was mostly dried when I took it out of the dryer. So, it didn't take much longer for it to be totally dry. Some people lay it flat after they remove it from the dryer.
